Hey all,

Thanks for all the comments, favourites and support i've been getting lately, I'm glad to have met so many interesting and kind people and artists on this site.

Anyway this week i got some exciting new things, i got a fisheye lens, which is great and novel. Not sure what i'll use it for except taking pictures of people i meet at uni maybe.

I also got a camera from my grandad, he gave me a telescopic lens and a macro lens with it too, it's an old pentax SLR. might take come snaps with it before summer is over. Can't do any darkroom stuff at the moment though because i don't have access to one until i start uni.

Anyway, not much else to report, been working lots and lots and getting excited for uni and meeting new people and seeing new places and a darkroom! and a studio! yay. Bring it on.

Well college finished. I will miss it, i knew it so well and i was so independent there, i knew everyone and where everything was and the structure of my course so well.
The final show went up. Everyone had some really great work and i was pleased with my final piece but wished i could have carried on.
I will add a photo of my final piece at the end of the post.

So after taking our parents/boyfriends etc to see our wonderful work, we went to an afterparty at a club called Soultree. The DJ was completely useless and kept playing half of songs and then changing his mind, however it was good fun. I tend not to go clubbing a lot because it's normally very expensive to listen to a crap DJ and get hammered. But it was good to spend one last night with everyone.

So now i have a loooot of free time. I am working this summer but i have no college work etc so i feel like my life is quite empty. If anyone want me to write to them i shall.
Other than that i have a painting planned and some clay work, i've also been trying some knotting and bracelet making.

So i guess i'll just see what i get up to and let you know!
